Atopalm.com ships Monday thru Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to Atopalm.com.
Please contact us using the below form if this occurs and you do not receive your shipment.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. The USPS confirmation number you receive from us is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route.

Returns:

Are you unhappy with your atopalm.com order? If so, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the shipping date.

Please be advised, you must contact us to receive a return authorization number prior to returning the items. Any returns sent to us without authorization will not be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Atopalm.com.

To return an item(s), please include original packaging. To ensure that your return is received by us, please add insurance to your shipment through your preferred delivery service. Shipping fees are non-refundable with exception to an error incurred by us or damaged in shipping.
